    Lovely, as pictured and described!

    Poorly made. The blades were ragged, the fabric of the fan had a scalloped sewn edge, but the fabric extended beyond the sewn design and was ragged. I had to trim the fabric to match the scalloped design. I had to file the ends of the blades smooth to keep them from tearing the fabric. It was an inexpensive purchase, but was very poorly made.
