Quality and material is very cheaply made. It's not made well. The headband is very nice, but the piece/headband has very thick wrapping around it and it does not stay on your head very good at all. The Minnie mouse belle headband is constantly falling off and will not stay on my head. I would like to return it, but it's too much of a hassle to return. I would recommend this headband for kids but not for adults. I would recommend for kids.However I would not buy again.
